Manhunt Coming To PSN Next week
Rockstar released some pretty violent games during their time, including the Grand Theft Auto series. One of the most violent games to come from Rockstar was somehow buried away from sight but come next week; it'll be back on the PSN. Manhunt is probably still considered more controversial than GTA and for good reason too. This psychological horror title had gamers take control of James Earl Cash, a death row inmate who committed atrocious crimes. Throughout the entire game, players must brutally murder psychopaths, satanist, gangs and more to secure his freedom.
The tweet below is all the evidence one needs to know Manhunt is making a comeback.
The game is expected to be released on May 14th in North America for $9.99; the usual price for PS2 classics. Release dates and pricing for other countries is currently unknown.
I never got the chance to play Manhunt when it came out. Not like I had a choice since I was way under the age limit to play M rated games. Especially for Manhunt, I've heard stories about the grittiness and the murderous actions that can be performed. Will I give it a shot this time? Not positive; Manhunt doesn't seem like my cup of tea.
