New Details Surrounding Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix

Because Square Enix just doesn’t want to give us all the games in one shot, the HD remix has been split up. Currently scheduled to come out in Japan on March 14, 2013, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix has no release dates for U.S. or Europe locations. The Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix comes with Kingdom Hearts Final Mix and RE: Chain of Memories.

This Kingdom Hearts HD collection also comes with remastered cutscenes from Kingdom Hearts 358/2. Because this is an HD collection, its only safe to assume character models will be remodeled in HD format. One really neat piece of info is that scenes which didn’t include voice acting will now have voices to go along with the dialogue. People that don’t like to read texts after texts will be most thankful.

The combat is also getting an overhaul as the system for Kingdom Hearts 2 will be placed into Final Mix. As awful as the camera system was in the original games, we now may not have to worry about that. It is reported that the camera is getting worked on for the collection.

Even with all the new details presented, one question still remains on a lot of peoples’ mind…when will it come out for U.S./Europe areas?
