No Monster Hunter Plans For PS Vita

Monster Hunter... you either hate the series or love it with a passion. Regardless of how you view the series, the success of Monster Hunter cannot be ignored; especially in Japan. With Monster Hunter Ultimate 3 being released on the 3DS and not the Vita, you can imagine the blow dealt to the Vita. In a move that surprised most, Capcom has announced that they have no current plans to bring Monster Hunter to the PS Vita. ​

Wii U Miss Target Shipments, Projected At 9M For Next Fiscal Year

Nintendo has released their financials for the fiscal year today, and one of the biggest things to come out of that is the Wii U missing its target of shipping out Wii U hardware. Nintendo only shipped 3.45 million units, which is down from the projected 4 million which was also down from an early projection of 5 million units. Nintendo admitted the Wii U failed to "maintain initial sales momentum" due to game delays, but feel confident that they will ship 9 million by year's end once they release some "key Nintendo titles."​

New Legend Of Zelda In Link To The Past World Announced

​Reggie took a role in today's Nintendo Direct to point out that one of his favorite games in the Legend of Zelda series was A Link To The Past. So, he was on board to announce the next, currently unnamed, Zelda title which will be available this holiday on the 3DS and take place in the same world as A Link To The Past. It will keep the same classic top down gameplay while adding a sense of height and volume of the 3D screen on the 3DS which is great for puzzle solving. It features a new storyline and new dungeons. Link will have the ability to become a drawing and move along walls which will also change the view orientation, so that you can see solutions you may not have been able to see before.

Mario and Donkey Kong Minis On The Move Exclusive To 3DS eShop May 9th

​Revealed during their Nintendo Direct today, Mario and Donkey Kong Minis On The Move is a new puzzle action game as part of the Mario Vs. Donkey Kong series. ​It differs from previous games as you have to place a limited number of tiles down for you to navigate the minis through large areas while collecting coins and other items. There are 180 stages to play through, and you can also create custom stages and upload them as well as download some from other players.
