Splinter Cell Blacklist is bringing back one of my favorite multiplayer experiences of all time. As a young gamer in the early days of Xbox Live it was a one of a kind experience that only enhanced my love of the stealth-action genre. Of course I am talking about the Spies vs. Mercenaries mode that is making a comeback in Blacklist. The first game that introduced it was Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow and at the time there was nothing like it, and for the most part there still isn't. I am very excited, to say the last, to hear that they are bringing this mode back.
Precursor Games has taken it upon themselves to start their debut in the crowdsourcing game. You can now help fund the game through their official website. They will be doing it Kickstarter-style where they have 30 days to hit their goal of $1.5 million. They will, however, keep any money raised if they don't hit that goal if they think it would be enough to complete the game. They plan to have the first episode of the 12 episode game available to everyone in Q3 of 2014 for PC and Wii U. Denis Dyack is also serving as the chief creative officer for Precursor Games, and you can fund the project here.Read More

It appears that Nintendo may be down, but not out of the fight completely. The sources also say that Nintendo will bolster this with a new marketing campaign that is due out either soon before or during E3 this year as the game will be playable on the show floor.Read More

Nintendo sent out a message to Wii owners that outlined the fact that the Wii U is a brand new system and that Wii owners should check it out. The fact that they have to spell this out for their customers just goes to show how terrible they have been marketing the new system.Read More
Kevin Conroy, the man who has been the voice of Batman in multiple different media outlets will not return for Arkham Origins. While this news may upset some, it does involve logic. Arkham Origins stars a younger, inexperienced Bruce Wayne as he deals with the seven assassin's gunning for him. It only makes sense to find a voice actor that can play the part of the young caped crusader.Read More
